I would not describe myself as a strange dresser who listens to either heavy rock or classical music, but I do have a passion for art.
On this page I would like to share my experiences of art, also pictures from interesting places that I've seen and been too, plus tips and tricks in different areas that can be usefull for you too.
I was born not too long ago in a town in Romania. I come from a family of artists so it kind of runs in the blood so to speak.....a bit like that other famous Romanian: Vlad the Impaler (better known as Count Dracula). His art was 'taking life' - but mine is 'about life'.
I guess artistic life for me started in Kindergarden. Now you might have expected me to be a child prodigy winning many prizes and attending the best schools.......but you would be wrong. In the beginning I had an art teacher who specialised in characterture drawings: he gave me terrible marks. i was not happy. But i persisted and followed in the steps of my sister to Art school. Here I passed all my exams and was accepted into the 'graphics class' of the school which was led by a fantastic professor: Mr Marciuc Ovidiu who had the best students in the school in his class. This was the period when I really blossomed.
However as the Professor was a friend of my parents I always had a suspicion that 'this was the real reason' for my acceptance to his class. So it made me want to try harder than ever to be better. Hence I studied day and night, weekend and holidays to try and get better. I participated in exhibitions and used every opportunity I could to improve my skills. Soon even I could compete with the best in my class and eventually do better.
I will never forget the smile on my Professor's face every time I presented him with new drawings that surprised him.
And this is what brought out the passion I have for art. All my regards to my teacher and my colleagues!
